Perfect Scrambled Eggs

 
 

Watch as Luke Hines creates the perfect scrambled eggs, made extra creamy using Made By Cow Cold Pressed Raw Milk. It’s simple, delicious and filled with goodness. As seen on Cook With Luke, Channel 10.

INGREDIENTS:

Knob of Grass-Fed Butter

3 Eggs

1/4 Cup Made By Cow Cold Pressed Raw Milk

METHOD:

Step 1: Whisk the eggs and Made By Cow Cold Pressed Raw Milk in a bowl.

Step 2: Heat a non-stick fry pan on medium to high heat and melt the grass-fed butter.

Step 3: Pour the egg mixture onto the pan, then wait 10-15 seconds to allow the mixture to lightly set.

Step 4: Gently fold the mixture until almost cooked, then remove from the heat and continue to fold while off the heat until just cooked.

Step 5: Serve with toast, tomato and sautéed greens and enjoy!
