Choc Peanut Butter Breakfast Pudding
Do you like your breakfast sweet, but want to avoid refined sugar? Then this is for you! A delicious combination of peanut butter and cacao, filled with chia seeds to help you feel fuller for longer. It's the perfect start to a perfect day! As seen on Cook With Luke, Channel 10.
Ingredients:
¼ Cup Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Crunchy Salted Peanut Butter
½ Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
1 Cup Made By Cow Cold Pressed Raw Milk
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
Crunchy Salted Peanut Butter, Cacao Nibs and Salted Peanuts to serve
Method:
Step 1: Add the maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla bean paste and Made By Cow Cold Pressed Raw Milk into a food processor and blitz until it’s a smooth consistency.
Step 2: While it’s blending, add the cocoa powder and continue to blitz until mixed through.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the chia seeds and stir through well.
Step 4: Put into the fridge and leave for a minimum of one hour, but for best results, leave overnight.
Step 5: Scoop mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with a spoonful of peanut butter, cacao nibs and peanuts.
