Baked Honey Raw Milk Custard
BAKED HONEY RAW MILK CUSTARD
A rich and satisfying guilt-free treat. The cold pressed raw milk creates a custard that is deliciously rich and satisfying.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Made by Cow Cold Pressed Raw Milk
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 free range egg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method:
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Beat the egg, vanilla extract and half the cinnamon together until combined. Add the milk and half the honey to a saucepan and heat until almost boiling, then pour in the egg mixture and mix until combined.
Pour into oven-proof ramekins, then sit the ramekins in a baking dish and pour hot water into the dish, enough to come halfway up the ramekin sides. Place into the oven for 25 minutes. Leave to cool slightly, then sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and honey for a guilt-free treat!
