Ingredients
1 small banana
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. creamy peanut butter
3 ice cubes
METHOD
In a blender, combine banana, milk, peanut butter, and ice cubes; blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
