Raw Milk Smoothie Bowl

 

RAW MILK SMOOTHIE BOWL

A little bowl of goodness! The cold pressed raw milk creates a smoothie bowl that is deliciously light and creamy.

Ingredients:

250ml Made By Cow Cold Pressed Raw Milk, frozen in ice cube trays over night

200g fresh strawberries

2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

1 large banana, roughly cut

1 tbls of raw honey or pure maple syrup

1 tsp chia seeds

Method:

Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend. Place in serving bowl and top with your favourite toppings such as fresh fruit, activated buckwheat, cacao nibs, nuts or extra yoghurt.
